Please note all nominations will be acknowledged by the Department of Transport and further information may be requested. Neither the Department for Transport nor the Merchant Navy Honours Consultative Committee will enter into any correspondence about the eventual outcomes.
Nominations need to be received by the end of May in order to be considered in the current year.
